All funds and plans purchased for use in UHART Dining Locations are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The UHART Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Meal Plans funds and plans are non-refundable.
Meal Plans and Dining Dollar funds are non-refundable. Unused Meal Plans expire at the end of the semester and unused Dining Dollar balances expire Last Day of the Spring Semester. Dining Dollars will not roll over between semesters unless they have a meal plan to support them.
- Any Unused Dining Dollars Roll over from the Fall Semester to the Spring Semester but end the last “board day” of the Spring Semester.
- Students need to have an active Meal Plan during the Spring Semester in order to have access to the 1st Semester Dining Dollars. If they do not have an active meal plan, then they would not have access to these funds.
- Dining Dollar Rollovers are only valid for a Commuter Student Purchasing another Commuter Plan or a Resident Student Purchasing another Resident Plan.
- Meal Swipes/Meal Equivalencies do not carry over from one semester to the next. They must be used in the current semester.
Refund Policy:
All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
Promotions:
Promotions are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or toward previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply. Void where prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply. Aramark reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or offer at any time. Refer to each Promotion’s respective materials for additional details, instructions, and requirements.
